Overview
Per a telephone conversation with a PLRB staff member on April 17, 2019, from Mr. Jim Baruth, Township Land Use Administrator, Ten Lake Township has not adopted the 2015 Minnesota State Building Codes.
However, § 308 (F) of Ten Lake Land Use and Subdivision & Planned Unit Development Ordinance does mandate compliance with Chapter 1341 Minnesota Accessibility Code. A land-use permit is required for certain projects and construction as described in this ordinance. it should be examined carefully before starting any new construction or adding to an existing structure.
